Nthabi M.★★★★★ — The place needs a major renovation. The front of the building is not welcoming at all and shows lack of maintenance and care. The inside is also poorly maintained and only the newish wing looks better and clean but I doubt if the bedding and towels are washed at all. The place should be shut down for renovations and staff training, ASAP. It's shocking that they house academics and visitors at this so called low standard conference centre.
