The place was opened with some sort of fanfare but, it's a little faded now. The toilet facilities are still serviceable but, how I wish it was better maintained...enough of the negatives. The bread was superb and the croissant was divine. I didn't get a chance to sample the shawarma as they had either sold out or they were not selling that day. Overall the place was nice with that foody smell that makes you want to buy everything. The staff were courteous and semi professional. It's a very pleasant environment both to eat in and take away. I walked in all the way to the back and the conveniences ... No tissue paper but, the water ran cool and steady. I walked back to the front service desk and I had to pick bread and some pastries along the way. All in all it was a rather pleasant experience and well worth my time spent there.

The staff on duty were unprofessional, and the customer reception was poor. One staff member was loudly playing videos on their phone, speaking loudly at the same time, and chewing gum in an unruly manner. The overall atmosphere felt more like a local roadside restaurant, which was surprising given the brand’s reputation. Fresh2Go Akobo would benefit greatly from improved staff training, especially in customer service and basic workplace etiquette. Dining in was uncomfortable, as the attitude of some staff members made the experience unpleasant.

Lolu ★★★★★ : I just had the blandest chicken wrap ever. It had no taste whatsoever and it was disappointing because the salad and smoothie were alright. The environment was very uncomfortable, and hot that we decided on takeaway even though we were supposed to dine in before. I even had to go sit in my car because I couldn't stand the heat. The noise from the blender or whatever was being used is also a no-no, if people are expected to sit and dine there then I don't know how that'll work. I had higher expectations to be honest 'cos went with family due to recommendations but it was mid.

And just as its name implies, most foods are served fresh, so you'll have to wait for few minutes for your food to get ready. Service was also great as the waitress was courteous. The restroom was clean too. There's dine in and take out option. It's also a nice place for people who work remotely as you can work while waiting and muching on your food since the place is not usually crowded. Overall, there was no regret visiting there.
