Like the friend I visited the place with said, "I love that the place is not like the regular art centers with art displays and stuff......."
If you're a therapist and run out on rent, you could "lure" your patients there. However, even without your counseling they might find the inner peace they crave. Lol
Soundproofing the place against outside noise would give it the perfect nature scenic environment.
To enjoy the fullest experience, visit during the week. If light goes off, they will activate the alternative power source. But on weekends.....you won't enjoy the experience if light goes off.
