Muhammad M.★★★★★ — One of the best healthcare facility in Kano, with professional staffs and state of the art medical diagnostics and therapeutic technology.
Mohammed J.★★★★★ — Excellent medical facility with well qualified staff
Orunmila★★★★★ — The facility is often overcrowded and lacks sufficient staff. One can stay up to five hours to see a doctor.
From my experience, interactions with staff can be quite challenging. They've shown poor empathy and, at times, been insulting and arrogant towards patients.
Furthermore, I've picked up on signs of corruption with the staff, too; they seem to give preferential treatment to those who pay bribes, undermining how queues should work fairly.

Sara A.★★★★★ — Very very rude doctors, especially the non-Hausa doctors. 2 of the non-Hausa doctors I have encountered here were super rude. One barely looked at my sick children and just prescribed medications to them without running any tests. The second doctor blatantly refused to see my husband saying his duty is over and we should wait for the next doctor, despite the receptionist telling him he’s the last patient. We had to wait several minutes for the next doctor. Worst hospital in terms of doctors. The other staff are okay though.
Osadare F.★★★★★ — I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital today.
I first called them through the number I found on Google, and they gave me directions. When I arrived, I explained my issue to the front desk lady. She told me they needed to open a file for me, which would cost ₦10,000, and even offered to confirm if the specialist doctor was available. She then asked me to sit down. No information, no update.
Unfortunately, that was the last communication I got. I sat for over 2 hours without any update or clear information. When I went back to ask what the next step was, nobody gave me an answer. They were just moving around doing their own thing. I ended up wasting close to 3 hours without knowing whether I would be attended to or not.
Before I know it, The lady was not on her desk again. The new attendant wasn't listening either. .
In the end, I got frustrated, picked up my bag, and left to look for another hospital. This kind of treatment towards patients is very unprofessional and disorganized. I hope you do better.
