We requested she asked the nurse how many patients we have ahead of us. She pretended to call the nurse station only to tell us they’re not answering. Any review you see here with five stars are maybe from members of staff of friends of the hospital. Customer service is at it's barest minimum (extremely poor) especially from the nurses, doctors aren't always on sit, beautiful location, beautiful building but lack the main things to become a good place to be treated "the persons working there". A trial will convince you of you think I'm lying.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of care provided by this private hospital. The nurse assigned to my mother left her unattended for hours, without administering her prescribed medication or providing any form of proper care. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare environment where patients’ well-being should be the top priority.
It is also very clear that the hospital is severely short-staffed, which directly affects the quality of service and patient safety. Despite paying ridiculously high fees, the staff appeared careless, disorganised, and unprofessional, showing little sense of urgency or compassion.
For a private hospital that charges such exorbitant rates, the standard of care is far below what is expected. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable, attentive, and professional healthcare.
