Christopher A.★★★★★ — A four night stay at Lala's, was one of the best decisions I made for my family's short trip to Lagos. Best thing about Lala's was the staff. Judith and Genevieve, thank you for a warm and welcoming s
Chiamaka C.★★★★★ — I had a swell time at Lala's Bistro. The waiter, John was sooo chill and prompt and the meals were delish. The cocktails and milkshakes were amazing.
I will sure come again

Ola-oluwa O.★★★★★ — A lovely place right in the heart of Ikoyi. There is plenty of parking, the ambience is great, and the food was delicious. It is definitely a solid choice for brunch.
Christine O.★★★★★ — Very fine dining, awesomely calm music, and very picturesque. Wait time for a table was not up to 10 minutes, and I specifically appreciate Adaeze for her wonderful service!
Sandhya S.★★★★★ — Easily my favourite place to hang out. The food is delicious, clean flavours, served with a lot of warmth. That's hospitality right there. They also have a bakery that's worth having a go at as well.
Jim★★★★★ — Good food and beer here, price is reasonable
Zulikha H.★★★★★ — It has a great ambiance. The food was good, I’d rate it a 7/10. I had the ram suya and fries. The music was also pleasantly low, which I appreciated, as most Nigerian restaurants tend to play music th
Tammy K.★★★★★ — The Garden, Ikoyi is a nature-themed outdoor/ indoor space that immediately welcomes nature lovers to a feeling of warmth and fussiness. It's like wearing very comfy pajamas and sitting in a room with warm white lights, staring at a beautiful piece of art, with your legs planted in a soft warm rug, in a cooled atmosphere.
The place is packed with different activities that won't leave you bored. From Afrobeats nights and live bands weekly, to the brilliant "movie under the stars" that shows something for movie lovers, it doesn't appear that they run out of ideas to make their space come alive.
Here are my critical reviews of my second experience.
Experience
- I went to watch a movie "under the stars" with a couple of friends and it was generally a great experience. Sound was decent, though not, the best, but given the circumstances, above average. The projector did a good job and the ambient was just as expected for the setting; dim and clear.
- One drawback would be the fact that the screen wasn't elevated, so people at the back had their views a little obstructed by those in front.
- The movies source appeared to have some issue as it kept stopping during the show. It was usually quickly resolved, however. Would be nice to improve on that.
Food & Cost.
- We ordered a platter worth ₦200,000 to feed 10 people and each had a glass of cocktail accompany the platter as well as complimentary popcorn that was served towards the end of the movie.
- The Barbeque chicken was great, 8/10, the fish was terrible 3/10, the Jollof rice side was great, the Suya, shito and Pork were all super great. I'd collectively rate those 8/10.
Customer Service
- Possibly the best part of the experience and what sealed. All staff were super nice, attentive, friendly and very professional. I'd rate the service we got as a 10/10.
Location
- Was easy to access, but scary being by the side of the road. Accidents can happen and I hope for all our sakes that they don't.
Cheers!
Omotayo S.★★★★★ — Nice place. Great services and very good meal portion.
The meal is real good value for money.
Elsie's S.★★★★★ — Horrible customer service and super long wait times. Lack of proper communication. Food is good yes but not worth the stress you have to pass through to eat it.
Ola D.★★★★★ — Very beautiful place in an hidden part of ikoyi.
Long wait times for meals
Good portions of food.
Friendly and courteous staff
Jide O.★★★★★ — Atmosphere was good, but I did not particularly enjoy my meal, neither did my spouse who had English breakfast. I had pasta with ofada sauce, but the sauce was too much. Same with another pasta we ord
Cynthia L.★★★★★ — Where upscale dining meets disappointment.
VICTOR M.★★★★★ — My experience is absolutely beautiful.
It's not just a place to pass bye but to frequently spend quality time in. The food, services, & atmosphere is nothing but top notch, class, & excellent.
A visit
esietukeme★★★★★ — I came to HEREL Play because it's the new home of El Padrino on the Island.
The facility is well designed with upstairs and downstairs seating, a pool, outdoor seating, a small running track, and a soccer pitch.
The food is nice, and with El Padrino's menu added on it's even nicer. It's also a great place to hang out with friends and take meetings. There's an upstairs VIP lounge that serves the latter purpose very well.
Overall, I highly recommend HEREL Play.
Jesse A.★★★★★ — This place screams premium, the space is spacing and quite lovely atmosphere for anything one has in mind. Love that it can be customized to ones taste and liking. Some staffs are abit slow though.
