Most attractive are the beautiful artifacts, quiet library and the environment which is naturally an air conditioning area. Having Raffia City Book Club (RCBC) in the area is so much a win-win for the reading public. Here is one of nicest places I have been to in Akwa Ibom State.

Located in a serene part of Ikot Ekpene, it's on the edge of a valley so that one side of it has no immediate building to see. The green bush and natural environment therefore complement the consciously arty interior. Designed as a leadership centre, it speaks of deep cultural display and the private library - with its wide array of books - will make you fall in love with art and knowledge and books. If it doesn't, then there is probably no fire of art or love for books in you. The pictures of great artists, national leaders and global influencers add additional touch to the arty spark. Archives of old magazines will be a researcher's delight. Reading and writing spaces are available. The place is open to the public during weekdays from 8am to 4pm. Students around there will benefit from it, immensely. This place also houses the Raffia City Book Club, Ikot Ekpene.
