However, after making payment, I was informed that there was no Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my personal internet, which was extremely slow, making it difficult to work effectively. When I raised this issue, I was told refunds weren’t possible, and unfortunately, the attendant I spoke with at the time was quite dismissive.
That said, I appreciate that the management later reached out to apologize and offered a refund. The attendant also personally called to apologize, which shows they take customer feedback seriously. While the initial experience was disappointing, I recognize the effort made to address the situation and hope steps are taken to ensure better communication moving forward.
