I think some of the staff are overloaded with work or the customer service needs improvement. I suggest it could be a consequence of the festive season where there were many customers or subsequent change in their system. For instance, I went there and requested for pepper soup, the lady told me to wait that she was going to attend to me. I reminded her many times. After over 45 minutes to an hour without getting any response, I walked away. I decided to try it a second time by going to the VIP section. This time, the young lady there was very active. Even when what I ordered didn't come urgently, she was actively assuring me that she was on it. Since I left the environment, I have only used the VIP section each time I visited Dalco either alone or with friends. I think the other sections need better attention or staff support. The whole thing was far better 2 when I visited two years ago. This review is for improvement not for blackmail. Therefore, I offer them 4 stars because every other service was great. In fact, you get drinks instantly.
