Kolade ★★★★★ : Their service was poor. The atmosphere wasn't really good. There wasn't any ice cream on display. They had to read the flavour out for you too pick from. The person who attended to us had a nonchalant attitude. Nevertheless, their ice cream is really good.

Gegard D ★★★★★ : Ola Mummy is clearly a big and popular establishment, especially known for their amala and swallow dishes. However, the lack of customer service is very telling, and it takes away from what could be a great experience. Yes, I’m paying for my food — but is it too much to expect someone to follow up and ask how the meal is tasting? For a place of this size, the customer engagement is almost nonexistent. Their biggest sellers are amala and swallow, and those seem to be handled well. But I decided to try their fried rice, and I honestly regretted it. The rice was already getting spoiled, and there was no quality assurance in place to ensure the food was still fresh. I brought it home only to find it tasting spoiled and having a mucus‑like texture, almost like akara batter. That is unacceptable for a food business of this scale. Ola Mummy is big, yes — but size should come with better standards, especially in food safety and customer service. Please do better. Freshness checks, proper supervision, and basic customer interaction would go a long way.
blessing I. ★★★★★ : This is the best amala spot have ever been to in Ibadan. The amala is so fluffy and no lumps, I suspect the amala is turned with a machine because it is too perfect to be turn by human being. The meat and assorted are moderately cooked not too soft or too hard and I love the fact that their staff are matured people that knows how to attend to customers not the regular that have rude girls and lack manners or attending to customer. I will love to visit again 😍😍🥰🥰😋

Abidemi A. ★★★★★ : I bought gummies from this supermarket twice, and both packs were moldy. I brought it to the cashier’s attention with photos as proof. She opened a new pack and said there was “nothing wrong with it.” When the manager came over to find out why the cashier had opened the gummies, I showed her the photo that clearly showed what I’d bought. She just walked away like I wasn’t even there. I wasn’t expecting a refund or a replacement. I just expected basic accountability. An apology and for them to check expiry dates and storage before putting products on the shelf. A child could have eaten it without realizing how harmful it was. The manager or owner's attitude was terrible. If you shop here, check every expiry date yourself because they clearly don’t.
Ifechidelu G. ★★★★★ : It's been a while I stepped foot in any old English bakery. Their bread is still top notch and their store is well equipped with basic things you might need. I came across it by mistake while taking a walk and couldn't help myself. Before I knew it, 15k had left my account 😂😂😂
