As you can see from the pictures, the chocolate ice cream was like frozen water and coco powder with sugar. Then the vanilla was like low quality milk and water frozen. You can even see the ice crystals. Worst ice cream ive ever had. We couldn't get past 2 spoons. Took them away and gave them out.
Then asked for burger and chips. The burger came and when we asked why they didnt bring the chips, we were told you had to order chips ahead before you get to the "palace". Now we're wondering why we weren't told when we placed the order. Even tho were were seated there, the burgers were packed as takeaway. The burger was just there. No onions, no tomatoes. It only had the meat, lettuce, cream and one slice of green pepper. Strange for a burger!
Now let's talk about the tissue. Asked for serviette but it wasn't available, finished according to them. We were provided with this brown unappealing toilet paper.
Overall, it was a terrible experience for us. We will not be returning there. Except of cause if they switch things up and we're contacted for a second try.
