I sent money to my brothers via world remit and it was deposited in his dollar account, my brother went to the bank to collect and they first of all told him the bank had a network issue to come next day he did, and then he was told he needs to bring documents to update his account which he did, they said he has to wait 24hrs to withdraw the money he waited went back to the bank and it's been one excuse after another, the lady at the foreign exchange office is not able to give a concrete reason why they are no releasing the money, the manager of this branch himself it's not also giving a reason. It's been more than a week that by brothers has been going to the bank with no success. I tried calling but since am not the owner of the account they will not give me any information. This is really terrible service. I don't know why a bank will decide to hold someone's money.2
