This market is situated at the major road that runs through Arondizuogu and furthermore links to other villages that makes up the town. Nkwo-achi has so many relaxation spots, eateries and several provision shop, you can also buy in bulk or pieces all manner of food stuffs, especially on Nkwo market days people from remote villages comes here with their crop produce to market them in this market square. The most interesting part of this market is the fact that during the annual Ikeji festival of Arondizuogu, this market square also serves as a ground for showcasing masquerades and the cultural uniqueness, richness and aesthetics of Arondizuogu. Nkwo-achi is also called "Ezumezu" meaning a gathering point.
