I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dove Apartments that I feel compelled to share. My friends and I booked their space for an old school hangout, ensuring we followed all of their rules and guidelines. We also paid a damages deposit of #30,000.00, with the clear understanding that this would be refunded after our gathering—provided no damage occurred.
Despite adhering to their instructions and leaving the apartment in the exact same condition we found it, Dove Apartments has failed to return our deposit. Not only have they been unresponsive, but every time we reach out, we’re met with excuses and lies. The receptionist is rude, and the so-called “supervisor” consistently breaks promises and offers no resolution.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business so blatantly disregard their own terms and treat customers with such disrespect. The deposit was taken under false pretenses, and now, they’re doing everything they can to avoid returning it—even though we haven’t caused any damage.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Dove Apartments to look elsewhere. Their service is unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and money—stay away!

I stayed at Kis Court Apartment and had a fantastic experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The 24/7 power, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs made my stay super convenient. I also loved that the kitchen was fully equipped — perfect for long stays.
The estate is quiet and secure, and the staff were professional and responsive throughout. Definitely worth every naira. I’ll be booking again soon!
