We had our school reunion at the venue few weeks ago and everything was great. The rooms were very cozy much like being at home, the foods were fantastic, the drinks were always chilled and there were lots of games to play and a swimming pool too. Hot water availability not okay. You cannot get hot water when you plan Pls do not not depend solely on solar water heater. Make an alternative master to have electric and bucket can be provided
Packing space issue and security man not available sometimes on the gate.
Restaurant 24hrly nit available in case if do not want to cook.
Price discount should be there especially during the festive periods for all day with ranges 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15% etc depending on the duration.

Before finalising my decision to stay there, I was given a comprehensive tour by a staff member which confirmed my decision to stay there. The staff were prepared and ready for my arrival, letting my drop my stuff in my room before coming down again to fill in paperwork. The staff were very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues I pointed out on my arrival, fixing them within 24 hours. The apartments are conveniently located along a main road in central Enugu, such that you will easily call a keke outside of the apartment. I will say that the studio room has windows facing the road and cars will drive on that road late at night / early in morning, so I used earplugs to help me sleep. They have a washing machine and drying rack for your use. All of the staff are friendly and knew the town well, helping me out with drivers and money exchange. The building also has good connections to a nearby restaurant. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here, short medium or long.
