They are sketchy and don’t have their tenant’s best interest at heart, they purnish tenants for what landlords are meant to do for tenants. E.g Light will be seized from tenants if the landlord doesn’t pay for water corporation (mind you, they’ve been doing their water corporation since, there has still never been good water, we buy water!) and on to of that, they will take away your right to light if your landlord doesn’t pay, they don’t mind you paying off the money and this isn’t small money, they want to force you to pay up to 300k with your pocket after suffering for not having water for a long time and you’re broke because you always buy water to bath and cook and do everything. And if you’re unable to provide the money, ability to buy light will be taken from you and you can only buy light from them.

I am a resident of Grand Court Estate, and for over six months, the estate management company has made living here extremely difficult. They promised to provide clean water, yet not a single meaningful attempt has been made to fix the problem. Every day, residents suffer because of their negligence.
This company lacks transparency, honesty, and accountability. They operate as though they are answerable only to a few “homeowners” who do not even live within the estate, instead of the actual residents who pay excessively high service charges — far higher than what neighboring estates pay. To the best of my knowledge, these so-called homeowners are just two people, yet the management hides behind them to justify poor decisions and zero performance.
From water to security to general maintenance, they have failed completely. The value for money is practically zero. They ignore complaints, lie frequently, and show no remorse or willingness to improve. Their actions bring hardship, stress, and unnecessary suffering to the residents.
The situation has become so bad that people are breaking down emotionally. A resident recently cried bitterly after they falsely claimed the water system had been serviced — which was a clear lie. This management’s behavior is not just unprofessional, it is inhumane.
Their negligence even poses environmental risks. At one point, they were pumping sewage waste into the streets until a neighboring estate formally condemned the act. How can a management company be so irresponsible?

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. In fact, for safety reasons, I would personally avoid any estate managed by them. They employ unprofessional gatemen, call them “security,” and these individuals leave the gates wide open without monitoring who comes in or where they are going. This is a serious security threat.
Whoever owns this company owes the residents of Grand Court Estate a sincere apology — and frankly, they should seek forgiveness from the almighty God for the hardship they have inflicted on people who trusted them.
Avoid this management company at all costs.
