I stopped going to Chillis sometime last year because of their poor customer service. They don't marinate their chicken and their Shawarma is nothing to write home about. One time I sent someone to get me fried rice and chicken from there and when I ate it I felt like throwing up. Mind you this was not the first time I've tasted their chicken and felt this way. I just kept giving them a benefit of doubt. In a better explanation, their chicken tasted and smelled like raw fowl. I looked for a customer care number to call and lay my complaints but couldn't get through to anyone.
All in all I've made up my mind not to patronise them again.
