Uche M★★★★★ — Labrad is doing a great job overall, but my concern is specifically about the male receptionist at the Obinze branch. His attitude toward clients is consistently disrespectful and dismissive. He relates in a manner that makes one feel looked down on, which is quite uncomfortable.
I stopped going to that branch years ago because of this same behavior. Unfortunately, when I visited again today for a test, nothing had changed. The nonchalant and discourteous attitude is still the same.
It’s disappointing, because professionalism and respectful customer service are just as important as the medical services being provided.

I was asked by the Nurse (sorry if that is not what they are called) if I had surgery before. I told her that I had accident which led to insertion of metal implant I am still wearing. She said I should confirm from the doctor who inserted it if the metal is compatible with MRI. I called the doctor and he told me the metal is not compatible with MRI.
By implication, I cannot have the MRI with the metal in my body.
I requested for refund of payment for MRI. LabRad actually refunded the money and I consider this humanitarian action commendable.

She went back and was told that the result was not out yet and was told to come back in two days time she became furious and the gave her drugs of #4500 only yet there was no change in her ailment.
