The best place to get ur test done no waiting on the line for too long u will be attended to immediately and they are all polite well mannered and has a very clean clear plan with a nice aroma

Professional staff, service and quick results but both times I have been recently there has been no running tap water or toilet flush which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. Shocked to say the least.

Poor communication and customer service delivery. Medication request through my HMO took almost 24 hours. I had to call and message them repeatedly.

They reach out constantly but then my complaint is confirming if I still need the medication so they once sent one that looks like it was soon going to expire I guess they wanted to just get it out of theirs shelf for their own benefits
