Fully equipped gym with both capable instructors and high quality body fitness machines. However, aerobic session was not patterned to different body types. Quite intensive, but not for specific body types.

How I wish I can give more than 5 stars, fly fitness is arguably the best fitness centre in Ibadan for now. No other one can come close, I strongly recommend for anyone that wants to workout 🏋️♂️
