Customer service generally in Ilesa is poor. Valu mall is not an exception though the car wash was like a different entity because the atmosphere there was warm. Thanks to that guy that washed the car. I appreciate you.
While waiting for the car to be washed, we were boxed in a cubicle that felt like we were next to an oven unfortunately outside the cubicle was just a little better. (Its dry season)
Then there was this loud sound that gave the feeling of going to a club. It seems the last floor houses a club but it always a loud sound from there so, watch out for that loud music.
Valu mall has a kiddies shop, fast food, supermarket, game arcade and club. There's a kiosk for good snacks except you stumble on day old snacks.
A lot of odds are against them by virtue of its location in Ilesa but manage to render good services and products
