after queuing for close to an hour I was told I could only buy one , when i insisted is two I want because some people on the queue before me bought more than two, I was insulted by the staff, I was so pained that I left without buying the bread. Their staff are very rude to customers especially the bakery staff they don't have good customers relation, they need to be trained on how to treat their customers.

To make matters worse, the store doesn’t provide any form of packaging for your purchases unless you pay extra for plastic bags, citing it as a store policy. This policy, combined with the poor customer service, made my shopping experience very frustrating. I will not be returning to this supermarket and would not recommend it to others.
