The place was also too quiet, no music or sound whatsoever. It made our time there boring in a way.

Perfect for any kind of date or hangout, the seat arrangement fits any.

SAMYDEE★★★★★ — My experience at City Pulse Restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, and it took far too long for the food to arrive, only for it to not be worth the wait at all.
The food quality was terrible. The meat was excessively hard, clearly not fresh, and the entire meal tasted stale. Even worse, parts of the meat were undercooked, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and showed no urgency or concern. There was no visible management presence to handle complaints or take accountability.
Overall, a very poor experience. Slow service, bad food, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
