They don’t usually turn on the AC so dining in can be a bit hot sometimes but they’ve got OX industrial fans.

The Manager, Lanre is welcoming and has a calm influence over the place. Their swallow is lit and their portion of meat is okay for the price. I especially like their seafood okro with poundo and I also enjoyed their Blue Lagoon, Pina Colada, Chapman, Milkshake etc

They had a price list available on their website, so I placed an order and received a confirmation. However, when the person I sent went to pick it up, the prices were suddenly different. The customer service representative claimed the website wasn’t working—despite the fact that I had successfully ordered through it and received confirmation.
I politely requested a refund based on the listed price at the time of my order. Instead of a professional response, the manager and CEO became extremely rude. The person I sent was verbally abused and insulted. Still trying to be reasonable, I said, “Okay, send me your account details and I’ll pay the difference,” which I did. Moments later, I received a message saying, “For some reason, we won’t be able to process your order.”
When I asked when to expect my refund, things got worse. The CEO herself took over communications and sent a series of nasty, disrespectful messages. I eventually had to mention involving my husband, who is in the Air Force, before she blocked me entirely.
No customer deserves this kind of treatment, especially not after making a good-faith effort to resolve an issue. It’s shocking that a business can operate with such a disgraceful attitude toward paying customers. Companies like this shouldn’t exist if they can’t treat people with basic decency and professionalism.
