Fridges in rooms not always functional but they do replace them if you mention it. Has happened to me twice. Also hot water, they will bring for you if it's not working, not ideal, that's d main reason I have a 4.
But grounds n atmosphere I give a 5. Perfect place to spend a weekend or host a party or event. I love it. The staff polite n accommodating. The best hotel in that Iwo area!

During my days as an youth corper show love made my living easy besayer all snacks are hot and yummy very fast to access with a chilled soft and energy drinks and in addition there workers are so friendly and we most times have access to charge our phones and powerbank to sustain ourselves when there’s power shortage .

The service is slow and the girls at the ticket stand are rude,as a new student it was my first choice of cafeteria because of the reviews and it being owned by ripples catering,it being this renowned catering service in Ibadan. I got there expecting the top of the line food and service,only for me to get there to be greeted with "side eyes" and response delays. The food is different from what I've tasted for them in Ibadan,the fried rice is all curry and the jollof all pepper,the swallow is just okay. They know that their rush hour is in the night time the noodle stand would be firing at all cylinders,it being inside and the crowd of people,it has caused the whole cafe to be smokey, humid and boiling hot. Lastly,I was in the school ambulance once and the driver decided to go to the back door to get his stew, what I'm saying is that your cooks are sapping the profits out of your business like mosquitoes.
In summary I'm disappointed.

The ticket point is usually overcrowded with 1 man to 25 men ratio. Hot take, but patriarchal service. The food can be quite good. They may not have more than jollof and fried rice, swallows, chicken and moinmoin. Portions are fair. Ambience and atmosphere is basic. Table cloths are usually soiled and seldom changed.
I find that I get the best service when I go during off peak hours. That is about 11 to 2 thereabout.
Check moin moin and eggs to see if they're properly done or not if you like salmonella.
Overall 4/10. Their standards and quality have really dropped. Very disappointing
