My family scheduled our test date 2 weeks in advance, and we repeatedly reminded the staff that we needed our results by the 31st of December prior to our 11:30 AM flight time. We were assured that our results would be completed by 8 AM of that day. Needless to say, this did not happen. We didn’t receive our results on time and missed our flight because of it. I caution anyone thinking to visit this establishment.
