A wonderful customer service that responds adequately to customer complaints... But overcrowding is a major issue both at the ATM and the bank itself.

Too much customers in this Bank, to get attention of customers care is another issue. But the Bank is nice, conducive environment, nice staff, Good manager. Just over crowding of customers in the bank that is their major problem

Being this UBA Bank as the only branch in Argungu is just not OK because almost everyday you visited the Bank you will notice that there is a very long cue at the ATM area talkless of inside the Bank, and always if u want to bank with this branch u should atleast ignore any other…
