Troy Court is a nice building apartment located in a quiet environment, with a gated community.

Was going to get an apartment in this place. It's a large compound and it's clean and well maintained but the rules and regulations from the Landlord was discouraging. I'm glad we found a better option in a better area.

Good apartment for purchase. The road to the court is not good though. There is ample parking space, working elevators but I am not pleased with the power supply rotation. Water supply is ok.
