Good service. Helpful attendant. Got some of my test results less than 5 hours after submitting samples, exactly as the attendant said I would. The centre needs more attendants to handle peak hours and reduce waiting time though.

You'll be dead before you get your test results sent to you. I have called customer care 3 consecutive days..your results are ready we will forward to you immediately..1 week later I'm still waiting. The phlebotomist was really nice and helpful I must say.
