Merits: The environment is serene. The people are courteous. Orthodox Services are as expected. There are food vendors around to maintain the supply of glucose to the brain. There are filling stations around to supply fuel for movement. Routes in and out well established…

Nice environment and concept. But zero funding and maintenance. No generator, not a single fan is working, No AC is working either in my 2 years of visiting.
