Without exaggeration or something, they're one of the worse bank branch I've seen so far, they made my banking experience with them worse!!. Opening of account took me 5 working day... I mean, why?!!

This is the worst Stanbic IBTC branch I have ever visited. The staff that attended to me was so nonchalant. She simply took her time and didn't seen to think I had anywhere else to be. Very poor service.
