Although it may be a reflection on the price (reasonably cheap), the biggest problem is perhaps with the power. The air conditioning becomes inactive when the hotel has to use a generator, so occupants are left with fans. The toilets need revisiting and plumbing also checked…

Neat place, serene, stable electricity with standby alternative power. Discount negotiable for long stay. Location is central within the city and within walking distance of most banks. Has a standard restaurant with very good food, though a little bit on the high side.
