One of their worker and elderly man for that matter is very rude always carrying a sad face as if he's over worked Everybody in payless is busy nobody is available to attend to you. Bad customer service. No price tag you have to always ask for product price.

It stocks a variety of ingredients and materials for bakers but it takes a long time to make payment which makes it very discouraging to go there. They also need to improve on the ventilation to ease the stress of sweating while waiting to make payments..

They are known for stocking good quality products for home and industrial use. Good customer service too. The MD just celebrated her birthday this July so a well wish will be nice 👍

They have wonderful goods. They are the best shop I have visited with my sister who bakes. The customer service which used to be the main problem is actually rapidly improving. Since Rome was not built in a day, I do not expect them to become the best immediately but improvement…
