They are calling, and they can't even speak and Convey their message properly, I am calling them they are saying I am very busy, and they are asking to come and pickup, aren't they supposed to deliver it? Useless people

4 stars because the environment is so discouraging. The staffs are friendly, polite and up-to-speed. Never had any issue with parcels and they followup for you to pick up. They are in a container, no AC, one chair, you can easily miss your way cos you won't be expecting a…

Although they offer a poor service as usual, this particular office is one of the best Nipost offices I've been to... The staff still as lazy as most government workers, are a bit more orderly and organized than other branches.

Very poor customer service... however one of the staff was kind enough to direct me where I needed to get what I wanted. It's thanks to him they got one star and I can't give a zero. too bad google
