Takes too long to get your parcel, yes they send texts but there is no way of tracking your packages as their page doesn't really work well when it reaches the point if proving your human and not a robot it stops functioning well also when you send a text to them they don't reply…

This is the WORST postal service in Nigeria. I have received items from various post offices accross Nigeria but this the absolute worst! The staff are never on seat to sort out deliveries. Terrible services! Typical northern decayed government lackadaisical attitude to work
