All the staffs were down to earth, and they are all accomodating,some of them are even jovial... Infact they are the first government staff that will be as humble as that.... The only problem I have with them is it's takes too long for the passport to comes out.

This office is quite accessible, however, the passport processing is not so easy. Cheat code: you may want to go through an agent or simply arrive as early as 7am to get anything done for the day.
