Slow service.. implement the use of mega phones in calling out names. Add more chairs..it's not easy standing all day just because of passport

The wait wasn't too much. The staff members are diligent and kind However, I haven't gotten my passport booklet since 14th July 2021

It's the best Immigration office in Nigeria, I was able to apply for the passport, did my screening and capturing the first day and got my passport the next day!! In less than 24 hours. The officers are really friendly and nice. And they're understanding too.

The environment is yet to wheel chair accessible entrance and parking. They have large parking space. They have armed security men. The officers are neatly dressed and responsive. The environment is quite neat and clean for business
