    There are mosquitoes in their room, and they don't change towels for us, and their laundry service is terrible, leaving whitish stains on our garments.

    The house keeping service is very poor, they don't clean the room and bathrooms. The mosquitos will kill you. The staff need to be charged or train. Because it's a new place but if care is not taken it will be death on arrival. Water heater not working, bathroom flowdrain not…
