This is a research institute. You can get seeds for planting food crops and cash crops. There is marketing department where you can get to buy farm produce. It's a good place for farmers to get their seeds for planting.

It's a great research institute where you can get virtually anything you want as regards seed and seedlings. The environment is calm as it should be and the connecting roads are well tarred. The only issue they are facing is crop insecurity. Thieves go to there orchard to steal…

Still same old way, but very clean and nice. It was a nice ride for me to thread this road once again after a while. It is very quiet for your information if you are a first timer. But very secure environment. It is closer to the military checkpoint.
