MTN office OWERRI is located at Wethderal road. They have few staff, as a result, it takes longer period to attend to all customers. I went there to register a sim card and as well as buy a mifi.

Usually very packed, but they have a better service than head office. Always go with NIN, the only problem they have is their ability to solve limited number of cases, they will most likely redirect you to head office again

Its one of the customer service centres in Owerri, it is situated alongside Wetheral road Owerri. They have a dedicated Customer Care representatives and really paid attention to my complaints. You can also purchase data bundles, buy and register sim cards, recharge cards e.t.c
