Their customer service doesn't exist. Their customer care line never goes through, if it does they will never pick up the call. If you get in contact with the technical head it's as if you're disturbing him and he won't respond unless you go to their office.

Worst customer service and there is no after sales service provided by them. Bought a Samsung s10plus from them and got a after sales coupon which clearly mentioned its valid for one year from the date of purchase and when I enquired about the service they said they can't honor…
