  Doing business with your company is not worth it, you don't keep to your word, you guys are not professionals in what you do, customers have to be calling your agent every months to tell your company to do what was enshrine in a contract agreement.

  Customer service is a big zero. No one ever picks the call and when they finally do, the customer rep is either rude or hangs up on you indiscriminately
