The security men are the most Ill mannered people you’ll ever meet. So hostile, so confrontational, so unbefitting for any apartment complex in ikoyi. And to think that almost all the reviews here say the same thing. Whoever owns this building needs to do something

Great concept as a block of flats, of close to 60 ŕbut property needs better maintenance as there many small details to be attended to. Cute Waterfront, Funtional Jetty and lovely poolside.
