  Fairly okay. Kufoniyi hall is located along road one , Obafemi Awolowo University. It is safe since it's within the University and quite affordable. Power supply was constant. They have rooms for 7,500 and their most expensive room is 10,000. There is no restaurant withing the…

  Location is cool... natural views. Staff also have great attitude. Though services can be much better. Network also not good enough. Management needs to do more on maintenance.

  It's fair but could be way better. Didn't have hot water in my room but the A/C was really effective. In fact, too effective and there was no remote control to regulate it. WC is my bathroom was leaky too. In all, not a totally terrible experience but really not standard either.
