    I returned a product to Jumia since 23rd December 2023 till today being 8th of January 2024 I have not received my money back or heard from Jumia. Be careful when ordering things from this company. They are over rated.

    Jumia service is so bad, you will not be able to return any inferior goods, I advice you don't buy any serious thing with them. I bought a stabilizer that does not work and every effort to return it has been difficult.
