I went to pick an order but I had to wait for almost an hour after 9am the pick up centre should have opened. When the lady came all she had to say was oga today is Saturday.

By 9.40am, Jumia’s pick up office in Abuja Gwarinpa is closed, if one decides to come after work, their office is still closed. Their customer service is very very poor. Worse of all, their number is not accurate, the person that answered said it was a wrong number.
