“It’s okay, but they open around 8:45 a.m. and close by 3:45 p.m. They don’t turn on the lights until 1:00 p.m., saying it’s ‘to conserve energy.’

There's no electricity power most of the times making your time there uncomfortable due to much heat, aside that, there's no other disadvantage.. it's a peaceful and quiet environment.

No provision for alternate source of electricity during public power outage which is almost non existent. Also the dark young lady working at the reception has a huge issue. She literally chase people away when it's 3.30m and the library officially close 4pm. Also no gateman is…

The location is not bad at least it's not busy during there opening hours, the interior is neat and quiet providing a nice reading environment the ventilation is natural and good too so you have a level of comfort while you're at your study. It open to public and it's free too.
