The customer service was fast, direct and really helpful. I was quite amazed at this improvement, but the electricity is still non-palpable. So four stars until i have 10hrs light daily.

It is very bad that ibafo can not have a steady light for the past 15yrs. This is unfair we are supposed to use night yesterday but we did not see any and no updates in there is fault this only happened wen is our turn to use light at times they give us very late when already…

Someone in charge seems to see on and off ing of light as a toy that he or she does at interval of five days in the last two weeks. How will you put on light for an area just for less than five minutes, only to repeat the same procedure at intervals of five days of blackout…

I don’t understand how you people will send your men to cut off light of someone using prepaid meter. Don’t you people keep records? That’s very bad. The whole neighborhood has light now except my place. 🙄

One storey building with one entry/exit. Staircase too narrow not broad enough for two people to walk through side by side. It is on a major road. It's an office meant for collection of money without technicians to repair any damaged installations
