Pretty direct but their processes could be better structured and that’s because I was linked with an external carpenter to negotiate a price for the wooden frame, I was mandated to create for my Monitor, as a regulatory standard in order for it to be shipped out.

GIGL is arguably one of the most reliable indigenously-owned logistics company, and their Ojodu office is welcome proximity for residents of Ojodu/Berger/Omole 1/Omole 2/Olowora/Magido 1 axis. This sounds like an Ad, I should be paid for it. 😁

GIG is literally the worse company ever. I paid for express delivery yet four days later, my parcel is nowhere near delivery, still telling it’s in transit. I will never make the mistake of using you guys again

The worst people ever. They said my waybill number will be sent to my email but they didn’t. They haven’t delivered my package since 30th of December,2024 It’s now the 19th of January,2025,nothing from them. If you want peace of mind,don’t use their services
