The customer service is poor, slow and the workers are mean at this showroom. You will spend hours waiting for just an item and there isn't even queue. The manager needs to do better in training the workers on being polite.

A beautiful place with great electronics from brands like, Samsung, Maxi, Hisense etc. But there after sales service is very poor, I buy a Maxi cooker from them and later noticed that when one is baking the whole cooker becomes extremely hot, I took it to them within the warranty…

It is my favourite place to buy LG and Hisense Electronics. They sell a few other brands too... like Max for generators and cookers etc. The layout is beautiful. Today, I went to repair my TV. As usual, they were polite and professional and I got the TV repaired in good time.
